Do you ship worldwide?

Absolutely! We do ship International consignment. All universal supplies are shipped through World’s best courier service like UPS, FedEx and DHL from Jaipur, India. We do not deliver to Post Office boxes.

How long will it take to carry out my order?

After we get your order, we send an order confirmation email. We will pack and ship your order within 3-4 business days. It will take arround 4 days to receive by you after shipping. When we ship your goods, you receive a consignment report email. You also receive an automated Invoice via email. After dispatch the shipment, You get the tracking number from that you can trace the shipment directly on the courier company website.

Do you provide product samples?

Yes, We charge a little fee Dollar $ 20 for 25 paper samples to create and forward your samples. We send the samples in 4x7 inches dimension cutting. To get samples, simply write us a sample request mail at [email protected]

How can I pay for my items?

Whichever way is easiest for you! You can pay us by PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Diners, Bank Transfer and American Express on the website via a safe encrypted on-line processing system but your order is not processed until net clear funds are confirmed in our account.

All prices are net price and shipping free for mostly countries. Some countries are not including this offer and we may be able to ask for shipping. We will charge Dollar 20 handling fee for every order.

What are the Cancellation step, Return & about Refund also?

If you want to cancel your order call us at 0091-94140-52162 (24x7) and we will cancel your order and we will refund your payment immediately if it has not been dispatched. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, give us a call and we will sort it out. We will reprint your invitations at no cost to you or we will refund your money. There is no hassle. There are several terms for it:
Within 10 days of acceptance of your package, products that are unopened and in its unique packaged condition may be returned to us.
We will not credit Handling Fee for the return shipment. Please ensure that the product is wrapped well, protected and insured before returning. Opened & Damaged products cannot be returned, unless defective.
